Danish Bonbons Recipe

2 cups peanut butter
½ cup butter (may use margarine)
4 ½ cups icing sugar
3 cups rice crisps cereal

In pan, heat and melt butter and peanut butter over low heat, until just melted.
In a large bowl mix sugar and cereal.
Pour butter mixture into cereal mixture and blend with a spoon: when cooled mix with hands
Mix until it will hold together.
Form into 1" balls.
Place on greased cookie sheets and chill. (I usually let mine sit in the fridge overnight)
Melt chocolate over boiling water.
Put ball on a fork and spoon chocolate over top thinly.
Put on cookie sheets until chocolate sets.
Store in fridge.
Freezes well.
